YOTEL Washington, DC is the site of the award-winning restaurant Art and Soul, which serves New American fare rooted in Southern cuisine. Executive Chef Danny Chavez offers a refreshingly varied and colorful menu, with seasonal dishes such as the Hamachi Crudo and Moulard Duck Breast with Root Vegetable Gratin, from the Chesapeake Bay watershed community. Art and Soul also offers a seasonal outdoor patio ideal for dining in the shadow of the Capitol Dome. The restaurant’s three private dining rooms are great for intimate dinners and events, and the Art Bar offers up expertly crafted cocktails, local and international beers and wines, Happy Hour, and light bites.

With indoor and seasonal outdoor al fresco dining on the patio in the shadow of the Capitol Dome, enjoy fan favorites like the Buttermilk Chicken & Waffles, Braised Short Rib Hash, and Chef Danny’s Famous Cinnamon Rolls every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Our seasonal open-air rooftop lounge Deck 11 is one of the largest in the District and a great destination for those looking for that perfect summer vibe. It features a full-service bar and seating area for cocktails and light bites, a pool, sunchairs, fire pits, and generously-sized cabanas fitted with charging stations. Both the rooftop and pool are fully ADA-accessible. Deck 11 is also available for rent for semi-private and fully private events.
