How can I change or cancel booking made on third party websites?


If you booked, through a third-party travel agency or on their website and NOT on yotel.com, you can only change or cancel booking by contacting the third party travel agency.

This also applies to any refund pending from any changes or cancellations done though a third-party travel agency or their website.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to manage third-party bookings.

We can only confirm if your booking has been registered in our system if you provided the reservation no name(s).
