I didn’t get my bike rental deposit back

The transaction for the bike rental was processed as an authorization, which means that a certain amount is on hold until we recover the bikes from you.

Once, you brought back the bikes, it’ll take a couple of days for the authorization to evolve to the actual amount that we charged you for the bike rental.

Usually, the authorization is evolving within five business days.

However, it may take longer depending on your bank and your country of origin.
