Please use https://www.yotel.com/en/user/password to reset your password. If you have made a booking under your name and email address, you will be able to retrieve it in your account using the confirmation or itinerary number and your email address.

For YOTELAIR Gatwick, Schiphol and Charles de Gaulle, your booking will show immediately on your account.

If this doesn't help, you can also, sign up as a new member.
