Can I send a delivery/parcel to the hotel before my stay?


Of course! Please ensure the delivery name is the same as your booking name.

Most of our YOTEL properties will help with that. You must let us know if you intend to do so in advance of your arrival. Contact us here.

We can accept packages on your behalf. All items should be addressed to the registered guest and where possible, state the date of check-in.


***Please note, YOTEL Istanbul Airport (landside) is only able to store parcels if it's delivered to the mission control. "mail order" parcel is not possible due to airport security process. 

Due to limited storage space, shipments should not arrive any earlier than 3 days prior to arrival. Any package that arrives earlier than 3 days is subject to a $40 holding.

Stored packages must be picked up within 48 hours of guest arrival. Any package left over 48 hours without being claimed is subject to a $20 per day storage fee for a maximum of 7 days.

After 7 days, the package will be sent to the Lost and Found department where it will be held for 30 days. If the package is still unclaimed, it will be donated or discarded. 

There may be a small fee if your delivery arrives more than three days before your check-in date.
