Do you have luggage storage at YOTEL New York Times Square?

YOBOT is our luggage storing robot which operates on a first-come-first-served basis and is free of charge.

Simply place your belongings in one of the 150 bins, enter a PIN No. and your last name then watch YOBOT store it away safely. You will receive a receipt with a barcode for collection.

You can also store luggage with our Ground Control crew with the first two items free and a suggested gratuity of $2 per item thereafter.

From time-to-time YOBOT undergoes servicing and routine maintenance, when this occurs (or when YOBOT is at full capacity) our team will direct you to offsite third-party storage options. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
