How do I change & amend my booking?


Direct Bookings

If you booked your stay direct with us at YOTEL.com, there’s a 'manage booking' link available in your booking confirmation where you can amend or cancel your stay.

Alternatively, you can choose the hotel from below to amend directly online

OR contact the hotel directly with your booking information. We will assist with cancelling your booking and send you confirmation via email.


Third-party Bookings

Amendments and cancellation policies will vary for third-party sites. If you booked through another site, you will need to contact them directly to cancel as unfortunately, we’re not able to manage third-party bookings.

We are also not able to make exceptions to third-party sites' cancellation policies.
