Can you confirm our Booking has gone through?

If you have received a confirmation email from us with your booking reference, we can assure you that you'll be in our system. Our emails can sometimes end up in your 'junk mail' folder, so please look there too.

In case you have nothing in your inbox, please contact the hotel directly with the full name on the booking, email address and stay dates. Our hotel team will gladly send another copy to you.
