Sometimes, because of the security settings in your email service, the reset link may keep on sending you to either reset password page or log-in page creating loops.

In order to overcome this issue, please right click on the "Reset password" link with your mouse and click "copy hyperlink" from the menu and paste it directly into your browser address.  

Please also don't forget to clear your cache if you attempted this process several time.
