You can look at all your past and upcoming bookings by clicking My Bookings after logging into your member portal.*
If you have just signed up to be member, sometimes it takes up to 24hours for your past bookings to get synced into your account.
If you still can't find your booking there, please contact us here providing your reservation name and confirmation number and stay dates.
Please note, this function is only available for direct bookings, any stays booked by a third party (e.g. Booking.com/ Expedia) will not be listed.
