All of your bookings are linked with the email address and the name you used for booking.
If the booking name doesn't match with the member name although the email address is same, your reservation will not be available in your member portal.
If you have just signed up to be member, sometimes it takes up to 24hours for your past bookings to get synced into your account.
If your booking is not visible in your member area, please contact us here and we will try to resolve it for you.
Please be sure to include the hotel name, email address you used for your booking, reservation name, confirmation number and stay dates for each of the bookings you wish to consolidate.
Please also state your The YOTEL Club email address as we will only be able to update this info linked to the email address registered to join The YOTEL Club.
Please note, bookings available to view are only for direct bookings, any stays booked by a third party (e.g. Booking.com/ Expedia) will not be listed. Bookings made for YOTELAIR Paris Charles de Gaulle and YOTEL Porto are currently not available to view on the members portal.
